Enugu Rangers central attacker, Edoh Ocheme has said his side will go all out to attack at the Egyptian giants, Zamalek Sporting Club.

The Nigerian champions are guests of the Mediterranean Knights in Sunday’s Caf Champions League first round fixture clash at the Al Salam Stadium in Cairo.

Ocheme said his side will fight hard to score goal(s) in the encounter to make the reverse fixture clash in Enugu, Nigeria much easier.

“Zamalek SC are mere name same as Enugu Rangers nothing so spectacular but the inputs of the players into the team.

“We are not afraid or scared of any team in the continent as far as our determination to excel in the Caf Champions League is concerned.

“I believe we will make it brilliantly in Cairo, we are going all out to attack not to defend.

“Of late in the domestic front where we have been wrongly written off we have been scoring goals that’s the mentality we are taking to Zamalek SC.

“I strongly believe we will get goal or goals in Cairo to make life in the reverse fixture really tough for them.

“Of course, we know they will not find life easy in Nigeria once we are able to eke a goal in the encounter.

“Our target is to score but in football anything can happen which can as well see us not only scoring but going ahead to record a stunning win.

“There is always an element of luck in football so we are positive to come back with a result that will put smiles on the faces of Nigerians.

“We will certainly get it right both on the home and continental fronts, we will qualify to the next stage of the competition at the expense of Zamalek SC,” said the former Giwa FC hitman to supersport.com.

The reverse fixture is expected to hold in a week’s time at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu.

The Coal City side edged the Algerian side, JS Saoura to get a date against the Egyptian giants who got bye in the preliminary round.
